What a credit buys

One credit is any one of these:

  • 1 minute with the live tutor, rounded up.
  • 1 band for one Writing task.
  • 1 memory image for your notes.

Never a credit: sitting papers, typed chat, the translation tooltip, reading your results.

Credits never expire — not the 200 that come with each month of your plan, and not the ones in a pack. Unspent credits stay on your account and roll over.

Refunds and cancellation

We do not give refunds. A subscription payment is not refundable once taken, and a credit pack is not refundable once the credits are in your account.

You can cancel any time, from the billing page in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the month you have paid for.

After you cancel, Pro — including any season's prediction you bought — runs to the end of the billing period, then stops. The library stays free to practise, and your credits stay — they never expire.

None of this takes away any right you have under Malaysian law. The full wording is in the Terms of Service.
